You can permanently delete your Rattu account and all the data we hold about you. This cannot be undone.

Improvement copiesA few pages may be kept with names removed, only to check how well Rattu reads pages. They are deleted with your account, or within 90 days at most.
Payment records (kept)Kept for accounting, as tax law requires: plan, dates and payment ids. Never photos or children’s data.
Deleting in the app removes your data from our live systems straight away; an emailed request is completed within 30 days. Rattu keeps automated database backups for up to 7 days, so your data leaves every backup within 7 days of deletion. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
⚠️ Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Export your quiz history first if you need a record — open the app → Profile → Privacy & Data → Export data.
